Technology and School Curriculums: Senator James Donovan

During his time as chairman of the Senate Education Committee, James H. Donovan recognized the importance of technology in a school curriculum.

He worked to incorporate such skills into school studies, and created programs including: “Writing to Write,” Technologies Network Ties (TNT), Graphocs Expression Reading Improvement System, Reading Achievement Through Publishing Activies, “Writing to Read,” and Starlab.
